The reason i'm doing the Great Baddow Fun Run is to raise money for Parkinsons UK; my father has suffered from Parkinsons disease for a number of years and he has recently joined a local Parkinsons Support Group. The group do fantasic work, they offer him and my mother help and support, along with group sessions where other people with Parkinsons all get together to talk to eachother, as well as going on days out. Its the help and support of these groups that make life easier for sufferers of this disease.

Charity's like this need to be support so the great work they do can be continued and to help them hopefully be able to find a cure for Parkinsons.
