Each year at Grangemouth High School, the School Captains choose a charity that they wish to fundraise for throughout the year.  This year Captains Jack, Euan, Sophie, Lauren, Holly and Callum have decided on Strathcarron Hospice, a charity that is valuable to many members within our school community.

We aim to raise as much money as we can by organising a range of different events throughout the school year, getting everyone from S1 to S6 and even members of staff involved, all in order to support Strathcarron Hospice.

More information about Strathcarron Hospice:  We provide specialist palliative care and expert end of life care for the people of Forth Valley, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth.  We care for people with illnesses that cannot be cured including cancer, lung, heart or kidney failure and a range of non-malignant and neurological diseases.  We are also actively involved in research and education in palliative care and we promote and influence the delivery of palliative care locally and beyond.
