On the upcoming Bank Holiday Monday, a GW team of 24 will be taking on the gruelling 21.5 mile Bridgnorth Walk in support of the British Heart Foundation's life saving research.

The charity has an extended relevance to us this year due to one of our colleagues suffering a heart attack whilst at work last month. Thanks to GW's first responders, the emergency services, and the Heart and Lung Centre at New Cross Hospital, he is well on his way to a full recovery.
