Hi, im graham and i'm doing the great south run on sun 30th october.

Ive done a few charity bike rides and runs in the past but this year i have decided to support the the scope chartity.

Scope is the leading UK disability charity for children and adults with cerebral palsy (CP).

This will be my first 10 mile run, so with the help of my regular military fitness class, i should be on top form for october.
