This is the 4th or 5th year in a row that I have now done this bike ride, and each year I am to raise a little bit more money. In total I have raised over £1000 over the years, so please continue to sponsor me for this worthwhile cause.

I am again doing the long route which is 29 miles long and has a few nasty hills along the route!!  It is the same route as last year, so I will know what to expect, lets just hope the weather is as nice as last year.
