We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Story

I am running the Leeds 10km "Abbey Dash" in memory of my Dad and to fundraise for The Stroke Association which works to prevent strokes and support stroke survivors, families and carers.

It's 5 years since my Dad died a few days after a huge stroke.
My youngest son Ewan was just a few months old when Dad died.

My Dad was a keen jogger throughout his adult life.
This year I started jogging to improve my health and wellbeing.

Please donate via my JustGiving page to help The Stroke Association prevent strokes and support stroke survivors.
