A very big thank you to everyone who has supported my fund raising event for SADS UK.

Following 11 months of training (2,500 miles), I finally set off for Paris on 26th July, taking four days to cover the 295 miles from Crystal Palace to the Eiffel Tower.

I was very pleased to finish this epic challenge, and would like to thank everyone who has helped to sponsor this very worthwhile cause - raising awareness of heart conditions, especially in young people.

My next challenge is probably going to be "Coast to Coast" the cycle route - a mere 200 miles, next Easter.
