I'm taking part in Tough Mudder with Adam San and the Band of Mudders NW team on October 5th in Cheshire. Myself and Adam will be raising money for the Woodlands Hospice Charitable Trust. The trust specialises in care and after care for cancer patients and their families.

Kevin Biggins was a good friend, the trust helped him and his family through his last days and his time of need.
