Hi all,

As some of you may know I have entered the Al Andalus Ultimate Trail in July 2015 to complete 230km over 5 days across some rather hilly & hot trails in Southern Spain (Thanks Liz...!) as most of you may not know my mother "One of the strongest women I Know" has suffered with cancer over the last 6 years and continues to be helped and treated at the Medway Hospital Mcmillan cancer care unit who help and support so many people and their families through these difficult times.
