Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running for the STAR (Stroke Treatment and Rehabilitation) Appeal to raise funds for new equipment in the stroke unit at York District Hospital. The Stroke Rehabilitation unit provides vital care to patients who have suffered a stroke to ensure they can return home as quickly and safely as possible. However, it is desperately in need of modernisation/refurbishment to meet the specific needs of patients recovering from a stroke.

Those of you associated with Dunnington Cricket Club will know why I have chosen to run for this appeal. Hopefully you will agree that this is a very worthy cause and needs our support.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank You
