I have decided this year to continue my cycle trip around the world after cycling coast to coast across the USA in 2015, by cycling 450 miles across the British Isles from Galway Bay on the Atlantic coast of Ireland to Sheringham, Norfolk on the North Sea coast of England.

I am starting the trip on the 10th June 2016, hopefully arriving in Sheringham 9 days later all in one piece!

I am raising much needed funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children in London.The Hospital provides inspirational and world class care to hundreds of children every day, but needs to raise over £90 million every year to help and give hope to very sick children and their families.

Your donation will contribute to refurbishing the hospital, providing new equipment, research and development and providing accommodation and other support services to the children and their families.

I will cycle over the hills and valleys of Ireland, Wales and England with my wife Sandra in the support vehicle in case of punctures, or me falling off my bike!

As always I am funding the whole trip myself, so every penny of your donation will go directly to the Charity.
