Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page, and we hope you will support us with our fundraising.

Edward and I are running the 2021 London Marathon for the first time, and never having run at this distance before it will no doubt provide a major challenge and take us way outside of our comfort zone!

We are fundraising for Brake, the road safety charity in memory of our dear son and brother Joseph Tyers who was cruelly taken from us at the age of just 20 years old in a tragic road collision. Brake provided us with much needed information, support and practical help at a time when we were trying to cope and recover from the sudden and terrible shock of losing Joseph. We truly appreciate your donations, large or small, which will all go to support the vital work of Brake in improving safety for all road users and supporting those who have been affected by a serious road incident.
