This summer I'm challenging myself to cover 100k for the MS Society! This will likely end up being a combination of Running/Walking/Cycling but I will endeavour to run of much of it as I can. This will run between August 24th and September 30th

I know that to seasoned runners this maybe isn't so challenging and there is a fair few weeks to get through but the truth is that I'm old and knackered!!! I will try and share the progress as I go! 

For those that don't know the MS Society is a fantastic cause, really provides amazing support for families and individuals with MS and helps underpin the great research into finding treatments/understanding for those impacted. I'd really like to get a modest £500. I know there are lots of requests for sponsorship and would be grateful for anything you can spare for this very worthy cause, but anything to spur me on would be really greatly appreciated.
