On Sunday 21st October I will be running the Great South Run through Portsmouth being broadcast live on Channel 5. 

Being born and raised in Portsmouth and living by the sea, the RNLI play a crucial role all across the UK and Ireland. For anyone who has not seen the recent series show on BBC "Saving Lives at Sea", the work these guys and girls do to save lives is incredible considering they are almost all volunteers and put their live at risk for the sake of others.

They rely on charity money to keep providing this emergency service and I am hoping with your help to raise a bit of cash to help.

Any donation, no matter how small will help to get me to my £500 target.
