9 Years ago my wife was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis so i know first hand the effect this terrible illness has on people and family. 

In 2014 i entered my first running event and became addicted to running, competing in 3x 10k's , 1x 10k trek, 1x mini tough mudder and 3x half marathons.

In 2015 i took part in my first full marathon for MS Society and in 2016 i will take part in London

Its seemed only natural too merge the two and utilise my love of running and raising money to assist with the treatment of such a devestating illness
