Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am ruuning in this year's Coventry half-marathon in the memory of my brother-in-law, Jonathan Peatfield. Jonathan died suddenly this August; he was a lovely guy who was always generous with his time and money.
I have decided to raise money for the British Heart Foundation because they support a great deal of research into the causes and prevention of heart disease and related illnesses.
I've been running now for over two years - I started in order to lose weight, but it's become a bit of a hobby. This will be my first time in an organised event and I'm really looking forward to it. I've always wanted to try a marathon or something like it - just to see if I can! Well on Sunday we'll find out!
