Story
Some of you may or may not know that 7 Years ago today our son Joss lost his battle with cancer at the age of 16. Today however we are very proud that his memory lives on and was in fact the inspiration behind The Lewis Moody Foundation(the full story can be found on the Web site and is an amazing tribute to a very special young man).
I myself have been wanting to get involved in some of the amazing challenges that Lewis and the Foundation do but needless to say I just wasn’t fit for purpose. However with the spirit of Joss behind me just under a year ago I set out on a journey to try and change all that.
So my 1st challenge is this one on my own, in these tough times and lockdown the Gym of my choice is ONE BODY ATHLETIC , the team have been doing on-line programs and challenges everyday. However because of a couple of recent illnesses I have been unable to do any of the daily Challenges.
So here’s the challenge, I am going to attempt to do a whole months challenges in one day, for instance 300 Press-ups or 6 Minutes up and down stairs (there are 30 different ones to complete).
I know this is a tough time for everyone financially and I’m certainly not Captain Tom, however please give what you can and again please visit the website to see all the great work the Lewis Moody Foundation is doing. Thank You and please stay safe.
