OK folks - so those of you who know me, and have helped raise quite a bit of cash over the last few years, watching me try and prevent myself once again looking like a mini snooker ball with legs, will know I have spent much of that time raising money for Alzheimers (or to see the back of my daughter for a bit!) This time however, its a little different. This one is one that once I had heard about the fund I had to try and do something to help. Every now and again there is a story which grabs your attention and when you're presented with the privilege of being able to help out, even in a tiny little way, you have to do so. This is that one:

The Jeroen Ensink Memorial Fund commemorates the life and work of Dr Jeroen Ensink, Senior Lecturer in Public Health Engineering at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. Jeroen was attacked on 29 December 2015 outside his home in Holloway, North London, and died from his injuries.
