Fundraising for St Helena Hospice
Story
Hello...
As some of you may be aware my beautiful Mum passed away in October 2014. Her final few days were spent at St Helena Hospice. The care they give to the patients and their families at the hospice and through the 'Hospice At Home Team' is AMAZING!
They cannot do this without the fundraising that goes on... It costs £8.7 million per year to run the hospice! £8.7 million!!!! And that's EVERY YEAR!!!!

Families, like mine, are so grateful this money can be raised as without them my wonderful Mum's final days would not have been so peaceful for her.
So, as a bit of a thank you to the angels at the hospice, I've decided to sign up for a little bike ride....................... A 300 MILE bike ride............................................................ A 300 MILE! PUSH! BIKE RIDE!
The 3-2-1 Cycle Challenge (3 countries, 2 pedals, 1 hospice) will see me cycle from Colchester to Amsterdam and onto Brussels! If you really want to see what I've let myself in for I will post the itinerary! But only if you donate ;)

I have recently discovered it costs around £800 to care for a patient for one day at the Colchester inpatient unit so as my wonderful Mum spent 4 days there my target is to pay that money back... £3,200 is now my target! So, please dig deep and spare whatever you can!
It will mean so much to so many people!
