Hi guys, as some of you know we tragically lost my beloved cousin Ben to suicide in January 2023. 

The service that Pieta House provides is invaluable. Pieta provide a range of services nationally to people who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, those who engage in self-harm, and those bereaved by suicide.

I’m doing this challenge for him and for all the people suffering, there is always help available, please reach out.
