Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support.

I am running the Richmond Half Marathon on Sunday 12th September, as my brother was born with Aortic Stenosis.  My family and I are so grateful for all the treatment, support and research the British Heart Foundation provides to those who have heart conditions.

It is estimated that there are at least 400,000 people in the UK living with AS and prevalence of the condition is rising, as the condition is more common with increasing age.

It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.

Thank you so much!
