Grace Homes partnered with Alzheimer’s Society between 2019 - May 2022 in a bid to raise £5000 over two years. 

We chose the Alzheimer’s Society as it is the only UK charity that campaigns for change, funds research to find a cure and supports people living with dementia today. Alzheimer’s disease is the most common cause of dementia. More than 520,000 people in the UK have dementia caused by Alzheimer’s disease and this figure is set to rise.

We would really like to thank everyone in advance for their support and hope to raise awareness for such a great cause.
