Story
My 26th birthday was the worst day of my life. My boyfriend was diagnosed with leukaemia. Our world was turned upside down. I’m running the London Marathon this year to do something positive, because now I can.
I’m running to help raise funds for Cure Leukaemia, a charity offering patients across the UK hope in their battle against blood cancer. Your generosity means Cure Leukaemia can help the prospects of blood cancer patients by funding more nurses and running more clinical trials through the Trials Acceleration Programme (TAP) network of 12 centres across the UK.
Cure Leukaemia is a charity that is close to our hearts (and our home!) The work that Cure Leukaemia are doing, saving lives and improving outcomes for people with blood cancer gives us, and everyone else on this journey, hope of a future with a cure.
Thank you so much
