Hi,

Thanks for visiting my page. I'm running the Cardiff half marathon in October, to raise money for Macmillan Cancer support.

I decided to run for Macmillan as they help those living with, and battling cancer. They are the 'front line' providing help and support and much more. We all know someone who has been affected by cancer, and recently I have watched quite a few of those around me be affected by it. So, I decided to do my bit and dedicate the place I already had in the half marathon to running for a great cause!

I'm not a 'runner', or at least I didn't think I was, but hey! I'm still doing it, still plodding away and my training is well underway. I ran Liverpool Rock 'n' Roll 5k in May, but now the big race is looming I would love it if you could support me in my cause and every little counts supporting those affected by cancer. 

I will update this page as time goes on and the training notches up. I'd like to do some extra bits to raise money so watch this space. 

Every penny counts and anything would be appreciated as it is for such a great cause.
