Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
We have all witnessed the impact of the war in Ukraine this year, and many have reached out to help - including Save the Children. But what can we do?
Students and staff from Queen's University Belfast have come together for a project to offer even those of us with a very small income to contribute something for the support of Ukrainian refugees. We recorded a tune, specially composed by Dr Rina Schiller, in the traditional Irish style, and you can now join in!
Watch the musicians play the tune, and download the transcription here:
http://go.qub.ac.uk/gorm-agus-bui
If each one of us donates just £1 (or more!) to download the tune transcription of ‘Gorm Agus Buí – Blue and Yellow’ (the Ukrainian colours), together we can make a substantial contribution to support Save the Children's work with the refugees.
Remember: we are many!
Thank you for your help,
Irish Trad Players/Queen’s Music Society, Queen's University Belfast.
