Story

In 2015 on Saturday 17th October, Gordon Tarburton from Lion Containers Ltd cycled 65 miles from Liverpool to Llandudno, North Wales. He did this in memory of his friend John Willett, on the anniversary of his passing. John is also the father of Laura and Sophie of Lion Containers Ltd. Gordon’s end point was John's memorial bench at the end of Llandudno pier.

2016 will see Gordon complete an even bigger challenge on Friday 14th October, as he will be cycling 108 miles from the Lion Containers head office in Cannock, Staffordshire to Llandudno Pier. Gordon raised £600 (+ £116.25 Gift Aid) last year and with your help we would love to increase this amount. All proceeds will be going to St. Giles Walsall Hospice because they gave John such wonderful care.
