Hello,

Paul Burnham and I are raising money for the CF Trust by doing the Nokia coast to coast challenge. Paul is aiming to win in and I am aiming to finish it.  It will be the hardest thing I've ever done and so had better get training.

It involves a two day event comprising:-

First day - from Nairn to Fort Augustus, Trek/ Run - 7 miles, Road Cycle - 47 miles, Mini Kayak & Run - 3 miles.

Thanks for donating money - the CF Trust work hard to help people with CF.
