Story

We are going to walk the length of the Cotswold Way from Sunday 9th April to Friday 14th April 2017. This is 103 miles long and we are going to complete this over 6 days starting in Chipping Campden and ending at Bath cathedral. We are raising money for 1625 Independent People which is a Bristol based charity that helps young people off the streets providing them with housing, support and mentoring. This is a charity very close to our hearts as Rachel had a lot of difficulties as a young person and there wasn't the provision at that time to offer hope and support. We both think the work of 1625 Independent People  provides essential help to get young people back on to the right path so that they can live into the fullness of who they are.

Each stage of the walk is between 16 - 23 miles per day. This will be a considerable challenge, as Rachel  has a muscle condition called Fibromyalgia ( although she doesn't like to admit it or be defined by it!).

Please could you support us in this challenge and help us raise £3,000 for the young people of Bristol and the team at 1625.
