Team AMF Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge 2023
Here we go again! Third year we are doing this challenge for Amelia-Mae Foundation 💓, first year started with just 5 of us, second year 13 of us raising over £7000 in the process from both years. This year we should easily beat these numbers as the challenge has grown alot in popularity with us even making it into the local news last year 💁♂️.
This year we have teamed up with Viking Prints to create official t shirts for the challenge. To take on the challenge we are asking for £20 which pays for the t shirt and also gives £10 to the chairty.

For people who aren't aware of the 4x4x48 challenge, it was created by David Goggins and consists of running a gruelling 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. Racking up a total of 48 miles over the weekend it's a tough physical endurance test like no other. We invite anyone to take part in this challenge even if it's just for one run etc it all helps. This will push alot of our team to their limits both physically and mentally but the rewards of helping out the children and families in need is what keeps us going.
We will be running to raise funds for The Amelia Mae Foundation's who have a mission to support families affected by Neuroblastoma, whilst publicly raising awareness of the condition.
I've seen first hand what a little bit of money can do for these families and children, they really appreciate the financial support whether it be to support costs involved with the therapy, family outings or home necessities which make it a much more bearable experience. For me just seeing a smile on their faces, is the only reward I need for going through the pain of this challenge as its nothing like what they go through.
Any donations big or small will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You 🤗
