Sarah, Stephen, Freya, and Dan are running the Great North Run to raise money for Winston’s Wish. The charity supports children and their families following the death of a parent or sibling. It’s been a massive support to our family over the past six months.

The Great North Run is our local half marathon in September every year. It's a rite of passage for anyone who lives in the North East.

Sarah is coming out of Great North Run retirement for the challenge. This will be Stephen’s third run. Freya, our bodybuilder-turned-runner who has never run further than her local McDs is on a 20-week training programme. Dan will be one of the youngest entrants. This is his first race.
