Claire and I have decided to run this years GNR to help support the continued work of Hospice at Home.  Hospice at Home provides high quality care and support for adults who have palliative and end of life care needs, whilst also supporting their families and carers. Your donations are vital and allows free help to be available for families when they need it. With your support we will be able to provide 'Local Care for Local People' allowing them to pass at home with their family by their side - thank you so so much from the bottom of our hearts.  Your help and support makes a massive difference.  £5340 is our target which is a lot of money.  This would provide a Registered Nurse for 30 days which really isn't a lot.
