Running the Great North Run 2021 for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) to help in the movement against suicide.

Story

I have stupidly decided to run the Great North Run again in memory of my dad, Martin, on what would have been the day before his 55th birthday.

This time I've decided to raise as much money as I can for CALM, a charity with an aim to prevent male suicide around the country.  It's finally becoming more normal to talk about mental health, let's keep going and take the taboo nature away from the word 'suicide'.

Any donations no matter how small will be greatly appreciated by myself and this amazing charity.  X
