En route to tomorrow's race: we've stopped for the night right next door to my old college (Van Mildert) in Durham! Ahh the memories.

Hi there, Alex here, about to run for charity again.  This is my second charity run, and it's in aid of the Rainbow Trust, who support families with very sick or dying children.  Unfortunately they only have enough funding to support 1 in 10 of the families who need their help, so this really is a good cause to get involved with.

I'll be toddling off to Newcastle for the Great North Run on Sunday 15th September, would be very flattered if y'all could be persuaded to sponsor me.
