To tie in with the Mental Health Awareness Week (w/c 10th May), the GMS head office team plan to walk, run and cycle the equivalent distance of the journey from Land’s End to John O’Groats (874 miles) during the month of May. 

All funds raised will be going to our Mental Health & Well-being charity, Kaleidoscope Plus Group. 

Beginning on May 10th to tie in with the theme of MHAW, the GMS HQ staff will be taking photos of nature as they take part in the challenge. 

This is part of an ongoing campaign to raise the profile of mental health & well being amongst our workforce, giving tips on how to look after mental health and providing details about where to obtain support when it is needed.
