Story

Its time to step up the challenge after doing the London to Brighton Cycle ride last year so I'm upping the anti and doing two of the BHF organised events this year but the London to Brighton on the 17th June will just be the warm up!!

This year, I'm going to Paris at the beginning of September (1st to 3rd) which is as well as the 56 miles on the Brighton run is a gruelling 250 mile cycle ride across the English and French countryside over the 3 days.

I'm happy to say that Im not alone this year on the L2B. Theres a team of us from the village doing the ride so come on! to Brett Haywood, Spencer & Adam Robinson, Ian Kind & Stu Smalley. (Now I've just got to convince them to come to Paris with me!!)

I no longer fit into the gear I bought last year so maybe I can lose a bit of weight again and get fit along the way, but more important than that, I will be supporting one of my favourite charities who do so much good work to prevent and cure heart disease in the UK.

It was truly inspirational to see the amount of people who did the ride last year after losing friends and family to this killer disease and after suffering my own losses in the family Im only too happy to put something back in.

Please support me and make a donation, dig deep and contribute to a worthwhile charity and make a difference to someones life.

Thanks

Glynn
