As the Director here in Wales I have never been prouder and more inspired by our 600 staff, our residents and the community we serve. Although these have been challenging times we have received so many #actsofkindess from business and people across Wales and managers and I am overwhelmed at the generosity of the communities we live in.

We closed our doors to visitors in March I knew we had to find ways to ensure we supported customers and  families and friends to stay connected  and the fundraising challenges were born. We need to spend money on staffing, training and equipment and we need to ensure our staff and residents have the technology needed to remain connected to reduce loneliness and isolation for everyone.
