Scoo-B-Doo works alongside Gloucester Royal Special Care Baby Unit to buy the best and most advanced equipment available to help save babies in need of special care. Through it's fundraising efforts for advanced equipment for example - ventilators, incubators and monitors, Scoo-B-Doo helps to give its tiny patients the best possible chance of life.

Story

Hannah Merrett, Charlotte Carson, And Kerrie-Anne Booth shall be doing a sky dive in july to raise money for Scooby-B-doo Charity. All money raised will be given to the charity so new equiptment can be brought. please donate and please support us.
Scooby-B-Doo was established in 1982 by a group of grateful parents. It is a Registered charity , raising funds to help provide life-saving equipment for the Neonatal Unit at Gloucestershire Royal NHS Trust.

Every penny donated to the charity is used as there are no overheads to meet.

Over 600 babies are admitted each year. Some just need a few days to gain their strength, others need specialist treatment over the long-term.

The medical and nursing teams are highly trained, dedicated individuals, sometimes that's not enough. We know that with the latest breakthroughs in technology we can do much more.

Through its fundraising effort for advanced equipment, SCOO-B-DOO helps us give our tiny, fragile patients the best possible care - and the chance to grow into healthy, amazing boys and girls.

There are currently 2 units based on two sites. The Special Care Baby Unit at Cheltenham has 12 cots and the Neonatal Unit at Gloucester has 20 cots which consists of 4 Intensive Care, 3 High Dependancy and 13 Special Care.
