Story

When I was 7 years old my whole world was turned upside down when my Dad sadly took his own life. I can remember sitting at the kitchen table one day and my mam telling my friend Lee to go home, then she told me that my dad had went to heaven 😢 it's a day I will never forget.

I can't really remember my dad as I was so young, I can remember small things, main thing I remember was he was a runner 🏃 which is why Im going to  run the great north run 2022 in memory of my Dad who was taking from me so so young. 💔

My dad suffered with mental health his whole life and was a extremely difficult time.

It will be very tough and alot of training but I will do it. I'll do it for my dad & anyone who has went through a hard time with their mental health.

I want to thank anyone who donates no matter how much, as it will help to make sure that no one faces a mental health problem alone. ♥
