We provide much needed support and services to the people of Basildon and Thurrock
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit ourJustGiving page.
After much discussion during a camping trip it was decided that both Nat & I, along with our 'friends' would apply for the London Marathon 2016.
To our amazement we both got a place via the ballot! Turns out our 'Friends' didn't get a place! (Funny)
Being mine and Nat's 19th year together and seeing the passing of close family and friends over the years and none other than Nat's mum, Lell back in 2007 this was an opportunity for us as a couple to give something back to St Luke's Hospice after they cared for her so well, not forgetting the fantastic family after care they provide at such a sad time that any family endures after losing loved ones.
This is an opportunity that we can look back on (with a smile I hope) at the support we will give each other around 26.2 miles of pounding the streets to achieve what I would never have imagined possible together.
Thank you so much for your support. x
