Demelza are an amazing charity who provide specialist care and emotional support for children with terminal conditions and their loved ones, so they can enjoy their time together as a family, for as long as they have. 

Demelza care for children with a range of different conditions, some of which are very complex and so rare, they have no name. Every year their work is a lifeline to over 750 children and their families throughout Kent, South East London and East Sussex. As a charity, Demelza are almost entirely dependent on the generosity of supporters to provide the funds that keep services going. Please make sure that every family can depend on Demelza when they are needed most

I've learnt you should not wait to do the things you want to do. Running the Marathon for Demelza - a vital hometown charity - has been on my mind for a while. I've been running 2 to 3 times a week for 2 years since doing my first half marathon in 2019. Its time for the big one! Please give all you can to support this amazing charity
