I'm back on the charity challenge front again!

I'm going to complete the Snowdon Triple Challenge in August with my amazing colleagues at Bacardi!

Starting off with 10.5 miles on a bike...no, not an ebike. Followed by 2.5 miles in a kayak and then 9 miles to the top of Snowdon....on foot....all in one day!

I'm raising money for Alzheimers Research.

Having seen the awful effect this common disease has on Natalies mum, both on her, the wider family and carers, this is something I'm really passionate about.

Times are hard....my target is a modest £500. If you could help me get there before 11th June (deadline for entry), I'd really appreciate it!
