Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are challenging ourselves to plunge into cold water this October for a great cause.  Each individual will have their own target to make them shiver.  Some will work up to several minutes in a cold shower, others may plunge into some cold water in the Peak District.  Everyone will have their own personal goals and challenge.  We will miss the camaraderie of the Night Strider, so this year we will encourage each other remotely, and hopefully have some shivery giggles as we raise money.

The money donated may help us stay in that little bit longer!  It will be worth it.  St Luke's Hospice do an amazing job, serving the Sheffield people who need them most - those dealing with terminal illnesses - regardless of age, cultural background, postcode or religion.  This year we know they need the support even more, with many fundraising events cancelled or postponed.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
