We are scientists from the University of Glasgow, who all work in cardiovascular research, and our work has been kindly supported by the BHF. Our Team is made up of Dr Josie Fullerton, Dr Martin McBride, Cara Trivett, Caitlin Cosgrove, Lara Birch, Eleanor Dickson-Murray, Eline Huethorst, Erin Boland, Antonyia Kalphov, Alexandra Riddell, & Manshi Zhou.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. 

It's only thanks to charitable donations that the BHF and their researchers can create new treatments and discover new cures.
