Story

As part of the Ark Sports Day Challenge, I have decided to skip a marathon over 2 weeks from 1-15 July. 10 minutes with a skipping rope being equivalent to 1 mile. All money raised will go towards the Ark Schools' Coronavirus Appeal - supporting more than 27,000 students across Ark's network of 37 schools.

Homes are less equal than schools. Students from low income households have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic much more significantly. They have spent lockdown without adequate space or digital access to study. Many are losing six months of learning at a critical stage. For some children whose families have suffered illness or financial distress, there will be a need for wellbeing support.

Please support the Ark Schools' Coronavirus Appeal - in doing so, you will support young people in three areas: access to online learning; academic interventions; and specialist mental health provision. The Ark board have agreed to match all donations to this Appeal, so for every £1 given, they will put in another £1 for this important cause.

Thank you for making a contribution - all donations, of any size, will be a great help.
