Story
Please tell me what i did is just a bad dream..because if it's actually true….oh boy I'm in big troubles….where to start...where to start…let's go with the facts:
Fact n. 1 - I'm awesome…(ok this was just to get you interested in the thing)
Fact n. 2 - Despite my legendary awesomeness…I was getting a bit "fluffy" (meaning that in January 2010 when I looked at myself in the mirror I thought : "who's that fat guy looking at me?...oh….)
Fact n. 3 - I therefore decided to enter into a slow but focussed "defluffing" program which involved some less eating…definitely less drinking…and also a bit of sport
Fact n. 4 - Sport became the leading part as I couldn't quit the usual week-end beers...
Fact n. 5 - I enrolled and successfully completed the JPMorgan Corporate Challenge…5.6km in 27.49 mins..or 5 mins per km..or an "astonishing" 12km/h average
Fact n. 6 - I officially enrolled in the London "Run to the Beat Music Half Marathon" (http://www.runtothebeat.co.uk/) which will take place on the 26th of September 2010….this is definitely not a dream and now I'm in big trouble….
Things get even worse (or better depending on your point of view..)..as I decided that this huge effort could not have gone wasted without helping a good cause..and more specifically to the "Beating Bowel Cancer" cause (http://www.beatingbowelcancer.org/). I set a very low target both for the marathon and for the amount of money I would like to raise for them, but if you could help me even with just 1£ / 1€ I would hugely appreciate it
