Story
I have chosen Guide Dogs For the Blind to raise money for and run the London Marathon. The hours that I will be training, compares very little to the amount of training that goes into making a guide dog, and the difference it makes to someone's life and freedom it brings.
When you sponsor someone for the marathon is it is not about your support for the actual day, but the hours and hours that go in for the training for many months before hand. If you know me well, running on my own is not my natural choice especially without my dogs and this training has been hard as also the second time around for training after 2020 got cancelled. It's challenging and bloomin hard I can tell you! Thank you for your support though. :-)
I am also running memory miles for people or animals. So if you would like to donate I will run that mile in memory of them. Sure it will also help get me round as lots to think about at each marker. Just put the name of the person and the mile number with your donation. Available mile markers shown above.
I am honoured to be running for such a fantastic charity and thank you for sponsoring me :-)
