Story

In November 2022 I’m taking part in a 382km charity cycle from Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam to Siem Reap in Cambodia.

The cycle will take me through traditional Vietnamese villages, following streams and rivers, passing paddy fields, and views of the stunning mountains. I’ll then cross the border into Cambodia and push on to the world-famous temple site of Angkor Wat – arguably one of most fascinating wonders of the world!

I became a celebrant with Fuze Ceremonies in 2020. As a humanist organisation, the Fuze Foundation gives back each year by choosing charities to support. This year it is proud to be supporting the amazing SAMHScotland’s national mental health charity, who work tirelessly with adults and young people providing mental health care and support.

By taking part in this epic charity cycle I’m hoping to raise money for SAMH. Every penny raised will go directly to the charity helping to raise awareness of mental health issues and helping to fund mental health support.

Thank you!
