The Greater Change Foundation is a homelessness charity that works with support workers to take people off the streets for good! They work together with support workers to set short and long-term goals for that journey and are funded by local councils. 100% of these proceeds will go directly to Greater Change -- the way JustGiving works is that the money donated here goes directly to the foundation (so you can be sure my grubby little hands won't be touching a single pence)!
