We have loved walking from our doorsteps, particularly over the last year or so, into the hills of the Peak District.  We know how very lucky we are and how the varied landscapes bring joy and peace to so many people. 

However, sometimes things can go wrong and we rely on the volunteers at the Mountain Rescue to help us out and get us to safety. Buxton Mountain Rescue is our local branch and are completely self funded, having to find £45K each year to keep us safe. 

So for this year's fundraiser, we are going to trek the 12 peaks inspired by Line in the Sky artist's impression for Buxton Mountain Rescue. We will do this over a various days in the summer.  

COVID restrictions allowing, please do join us for some sections if you'd like. We will publish the dates separately. 

We will also be celebrating a couple of big OH birthdays on the way! Happy to take donations instead of gifts/drinks/cards.
