Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am taking part in the 2.6 Challenge which is happening on the day the London Marathon should have taken place, 26th April  2020. This is some help towards all the money which charities were expecting to receive for their vital work this year. PLEASE NOTE THAT MY TARGET WAS FOR MY LAST WALK IN 2018 SO IT LOOKS AS THOUGH I HAVE MET THE TARGET MANY TIMES OVER BUT I HAVEN'T!!

Every couple of years I take part in a sponsored walk to raise money for this charity. I have raised over £5,000 so far. My son has suffered from the disease for over 20 years so it is very close to my heart. . The money I raise will help to provide more IBD nurses in hospitals, will fund research into the causes and better treatments, and will raise awareness of these very debilitating conditions.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
